N. Mary Avenue Use our online contact form! About Turner BioSystems, Inc. We are the life science branch of a family of companies founded by George Turner nearly 50 years ago. The life science team of about thirty people is headquartered in Northern California and provides instruments and service throughout the world.The Turner BioSystems team is in place to help scientists learn about, evaluate, and use fluorometers, luminometers, and multimode readers. We specialize in the life science applications of fluorescence, luminescence, and absorbance, especially the measurement of genetic reporters, ATP, and nucleic acids. We focus on making sensitive, reliable, and easy-to-use fluorometers, luminometers, and multimode readers and on providing responsive technical service. Our product line currently includes a variety of single tube and multiwell instruments.
 Directions to Our Facility From San Jose: Take Highway 101 North (towards San Francisco). Exit south at Mathilda Ave. This exit will take you back over the freeway. At the third light (W. Minimum Orders: There is a $50 minimum order charge, including change orders. Credit Card Orders: Credit card orders are accepted. We accept both VISA and Mastercard. The minimum order of $50 still applies. Please call one of our sales reps to place your order. Quotations: Quotations on your Turner BioSystems instrument and accessory requirements can be completed within 2 days of request. Prices/Terms: Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are Net 30 days (U.S. only). Shipping: Domestic orders outside of California are shipped via 2-day delivery. Orders within California are shipped via UPS Ground. Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Returns Policy: Turner BioSystems must approve all returns of purchased parts prior to the return of such items by the customer. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. If an accessory is returned in a damaged condition, the customer will be responsible for repair costs associated with fixing the damaged equipment. It is the policy of Turner BioSystems to credit a customer against future purchases of product or past unpaid purchases of product on all returns that have been invoiced. Unless otherwise approved, this policy will stand on all returns. All returns must have prior written Return Material Authorization (RMA#). RMAs requested within 45 days of receipt of product will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, RMAs requested after 45 days and before 90 days will be subject to a 30% restocking charge. No returns after 90 days will be accepted. RMAs are not issued for consumables.Requests for cancellation or for suspension of production must be in writing and referred to our office.
